Трёхкомнатная квартира с изолированными комнатами, в каждой комнате tv с кабельными каналами, интернет, горячая вода круглый год, в квартире не курят ,есть два балкона, есть бельё, полотенца, абсолютно вся посуда, спокойные соседи поэтому под мероприятия не сдаю, до набережной 7 мин на машине, пешком 25 мин, в пешей доступности самый крупный ТЦ Елка с кинотеатром, новый автовокзал, спа, баня Малаховская, магазины ночные клубы караоке, не сдаю под вечеринки и шумные мероприятия, делаю отчётные документы
