Advantages:

Квартира имеет неплохой ремонт. Дом находится на выезде из города в новом спальном район. Парковка автомобиля у дома без проблем. До центра 10 минут на автомобиле. Рядом магазин Лента.

Disadvantages:

К сожалению, не было сушилки. Не получилось включить каналы/приложения на телевизоре. Не совсем стабильно работал газовый водонагреватель.
