Advantages:

Прежде всего - большая площадь помещения плюс приусадебный участок.

Disadvantages:

Писать о недостатках (а они есть) может некорректно, так как район предполагается под новую застройку. Хотя wi-fi мог бы быть, как и дверь в одну из спален. Кажется, что в данной ситуации ценник должен быть ниже.
