Большой зал со столами, стульями, посудой на 20 человек.
Большие муз. Колонки с блютузом/wifi/tv/ караоке центр 4000 песен.
Мангальная зона под навесом, казан, дрова, парковка на 10 авто.
Комфортные спальни с теплыми полами, большая веранда с селфи зоной.
Сауна без ограничения по времени.
Залог возвращается на следующий день переводом после уборки, если дом сдан в таком же состоянии как при заселении.
Напротив дома: ледовый каток, детская площадка, пляж, лес, магазины.
На новый год и праздничные и выходные дни дороже, на несколько дешевле!!!
